This is the forth statement of President of Russia Vladimir Putin, USA Barack Obama and France Francois Hollande concerning NKR conflict, which is supposed to be a stimulus for the resolution.
Armenia is united and decisive with the co-chairs to reach to the resolution in peaceful ways.
We also regret that Azerbaijan and Armenia made no progress in fulfilling the statement made in Deauville on May 26, 2011. Remaining loyal to the agreements made in Sochi in January 23rd, Armenia will continue its efforts towards regulation of main issued of the conflict resolution.
We have noted many times that the ceasefire agreements made in 1994 must be respected and warlike announcements are to be stopped.
Azerbaijan continues refusing the measures provided by the co-chairing countries concerning peaceful resolution of the issue, withdrawal of snipers from the contact line and making of mechanisms that would help us make investigations on the incidents taking place in the border.
This was done by Azerbaijan last week, when the OSCE president paid an official visit to Baku.
Azerbaijan continues violating ceasefire regime and organizes threatening acts.
Armenia, unlike Azerbaijan, has announced many times that it is ready to continue negotiations in L'Aquilla, Muskoka and Deauville and reach to the resolution in peaceful ways.
