MONOPOLY OF RESOURCES

All political forces can become majorities in the Parliament. The entire logic of political battle is in that. The problem is how the political power, being majority, realize its functions.
After Serzh Sargsyan became president of the Republican Party, the latter realizes centralized policy using all measures.
Roles of other Coalition partners have become formal, which had caused violation of constitutional stability.
During these elections, the Republican Party has taken out its entire arsenal of resources, which confirms a total monopoly of authority, which destroys basis of democracy.
