CO-CHAIRS HAVE NO NEW PROPOSALS FOR KARABAKH CONFLICT SETTLEMENT
- Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Minsk Group co-chairs met on Wednesday with Nagorno Karabakh Republic President Arkady Ghukasian.

Following their meeting, Russian Co-chair Yuri Merzlyakov told the journalists that the co-chairs have made their proposals verbally and no written package was handed over to Ghukasian.
Taking questions from reporters, Ghukasian confirmed that. “I presented our positions for the settlement and also voiced my concerns over the aggressive statements of the Azerbaijani leadership that do not contribute to the settlement process,” Ghukasian said, adding that the discussions may become useless in such environment.
He also indicated that the NKR should be a party to the negotiations. “We don’t believe any success is possible without our participation in the talks,” he concluded.
