OSCE MG TO PRESENT NEW PROPOSALS ON KARABAKH SETTLEMENT
- OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Yuri Merzlyakov (Russia), Bernard Fassier (France) and Steven Mann (US) discussed several proposals over peace settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict to be presented for discussion by Azerbaijan and Armenia, Yuri Merzlyakov stated, according to Panarmenian.net.

He indicated that the co-chairs had agreed over the proposals. The co-chairs will have individual meetings with Armenian and Azeri foreign ministers and will present the proposals to them in the course of the annual session of the OSCE Foreign Ministers in Ljubljana December 4-5.
“Whether the ministers will meet in Ljubljana is not known yet. It will depend on the outcomes of our talks held on individual basis”, the Russian diplomat added, according to Azeri media.
