ICG, AZERI DM DISCUSS KARABAKH CONFLICT
International Crisis Group Vice-president Allen Deletrose and Caucasus Projects director Sabina Fraiser met on September 9 with Azerbaijani Defense Minister Abiev to discuss the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict, causes, consequences and settlement options, Noyan Tapan reported, citing the news agency Trend.
Noting that there are three options for the settlement, Deletrose also proposed to discuss the conflict in 10-15 years.
