PACE PRESIDENT SAYS THERE IS POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT TO SETTLE KARABAKH CONFLICT
Rene van der Linden, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), told journalist in Baku on Monday that a positive environment exists to settle the Karabakh conflict and it should be used, Armenpress reported. He arrived in Baku following a visit to Armenia.
Van der Linden mentioned that the Karabakh conflict would be the main subject he is to discuss with the Azerbaijani leadership. Parliamentary election to be held on November 6 will be also discussed, he noted.
