HRAPARAK: VIKTOR DALLAKYAN FINDS WAY TO RETURN BACK TO PARLIAMENT
- Former MP Viktor Dallakyan who failed to gather voices for entering the newly-formed parliament has found another way to continue his activity there. Dallakyan is said to be appointed Armenia's president's representative at the National Assembly. This post was held by Garnik Isagulyan.
