CHORRORD INKNISHKHANUTYUN: BARSEGH OF FLASH TO ‘APPOINT' HIS CADRES IN ARTSAKH
- Businessman Barsegh Beglaryan, alias Barsegh of Flash, left for Artsakh on Wednesday with exact purposes and plans, Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun daily writes, citing its sources. "Beglaryan plans to "appoint" his cadres in Artsakh, with a preliminary agreement with Artsakh authorities reached already. Rumors say Barsegh of Flash sought to appoint his cadres in tax, banking and educational fields, and most of them will get high posts soon," the paper writes.
