CHORRORD INKNISHKHANUTYUN: ARSEN KARAMYAN OFFENDED WITH RPA
- According to Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun paper, Republican Arsen Karamyan, Deputy Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs, is offended with his party, citing lack of career advancement. "This is the main reason why Karamyan frequently misses party's meetings and other events. Besides, rumors say Karamyan delays mediation that could help RPA members buy an apartment on an installment plan, for lower interest rates, in Avan administrative district of Yerevan," the paper writes. Affordable Housing for Young Specialists program is implemented under the high patronage of RPA leader Serzh Sargsyan. The program is "carried out" by Arsen Karamyan, the paper adds.
