ARTSAKH GETTING PREPARED TO PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS
- Nomination of presidential candidates prescribed by law is meeting the deadline in Artsakh. To date four candidates are registered, head of Artsakh President's public relations department said. Speaking to Panorama.am Davit Babayan said that more candidates may still be registered; underlining that generally 5-6 candidates are running for the elections. "It is very important since it underlines the fact of pluralism in the country. I think that it will be "hot" in Artsakh, though the election processes will be civilized," said A Babayan.
