SAMVEL NIKOYAN ACTING SPEAKER OF ARMENIAN PARLIAMENT
- National Assembly Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan has re-approved on November 21 his resignation submitted to the Parliament on November 14, NA press service said. According to the NA law if the Parliament Speaker resigns one of his deputies who has gained more votes replaces him in the mission. NA Vice Speaker Samvel Nikoyan has got more votes (104), thus is assigned to be the new Speaker of National Assembly.
