ARTSAKH WAR ACCORDING TO AZERI DIPLOMATIC RELIABLE SOURCE

Since Artsakh war the Azeri anti-Armenian campaign, including various state officials, has been announcing that Russia provided military assistance to Armenia. They have been saying that they would manage to clean up Karabakh from Armenians if there was not international, particularly Russian factor. This time, we find it useless to speak about those undisputable facts that blow up the Azeri myth. But taking into account that our neighbor country makes some official statements referring to Wikipedia, wed like to remind them some facts again referring to the same source they do. Nagorno-Karabakh conflict (Artsakh conflict in Armenian) article is found in Wikipedia available in 17 languages. We could not read the Chinese, Arabic and Jewish because not knowing those languages; the Norwegian, Dutch, Georgian and Indonesian variants are empty, just giving information that such conflict took place. Note that the same could be said about the Armenian variant which gives little information about the war. The same article in English, French, Russia, Portuguese, Spanish, Bulgarian, Turkish and Vietnamese gives comprehensive information about the conflict, its escalation, war, separate military activities, etc. It is also written, even in Turkish, figures about the military personnel and military equipments of both parties. Hence, according to Wikipedia the military personnel from Nagorno-Karabakh was 20 000, Armenia 20 000, and Azerbaijan 42 000; artillery NKR 16, Armenia 170, Azerbaijan 330; tanks NKR 13, Armenia 160, Azerbaijan 280; armored personnel carriers NKR 120, Armenia 240, Azerbaijan 480; armored fighting vehicles NKR N/A, Armenia 200, Azerbaijan 480; fighter aircraft NKR N/A, Armenia N/A, Azerbaijan 170. It turns out that according to Wikipedia which is an official source for Azerbaijan, Azeri party had twice more military equipments than the Armenian armed forces. Note that the site tells also that Afghan, Chechen, Russian and Ukrainian military service men fought against the Armenian party being hired by the Azeri party. It means that the Azeri had beneficial foreign support. How much impact did those figures have on the military activities and the results? In fact, they did not have definite role in the war time. The number of losses, according to the same source, is as followed Armenian party 6000, Azeri party 11 000-30 000 (in Turkish and Russian versions of the article the number of losses is 11 000 and in English 30 000); injured people Armenian party 25 000 and Azeri 60 000. And the other aftermaths of the war are well known. Note that those figures and facts are not available in Azeri, but hope that even if they dont know any other language, they will know Turkish and can read what is unavailable for them in that language. To conclude, it would be better for Azeri to ask themselves how it turned out that they lost the war having twice more military equipments than the other party. This is the easiest answer, and there are historic facts as much as needed. Remember Marathon war where 10 000 Athens defeated 25 000 Persian army. The answer is evident they were fighting for freedom, independence and living right. The Azeri are encouraged to find the link of the current web site and to read the article to see the geographical name given to the land which they keep calling their own one.
