FRENCH AMBASSADOR SAYS NAGORNO KARABAKH NEGOTIATIONS HAVE NO ALTERNATIVE

The events held in Georgia are the proof to the fact that the activities over the Nagorno Karabakh conflict has no other alternative, Serge Smessow, the Ambassador of France to Armenia said during the international conference on Reassessing security in southern Caucasus: regional conflicts, stability and reforms. The Ambassador emphasized that the conflict between Russia and Georgia made serious changes in the region creating new dangers and understanding of the situation. The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs recommended Madrid principles, which should be followed by proper propaganda on both Armenian and Azerbaijani society to accept the new agreements, the Ambassador said.
