BAKU TERRIBLY SHOCKED: ALIEV FINDS NO ANSWERS TO HIS PEOPLE
- The meeting held between the Presidents of Armenia and Turkey on 7 May in Prague in the frames of the Eastern Partnership Summit has created interesting and stormy conversations. As soon as the meeting was over the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs announced that they were content of the negotiations and the Armenian Presidents Cabinet said that the Armenian party evaluated the meeting positively. The negotiations over the Nagorno Karabakh conflict held between the Armenian and Azerbaijani party in the frames of the EU Eastern Partnership Summit were difficult ones. The parties have various divergences of opinions. Each party follows its opinions and comments on the same issue differently, Bernard Koushner, French Foreign Minister said. The fact that the both parties are present in Prague means that they cooperate and that the conflict resolution will take place but not today, Javier Solana, the European Union High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy said. Moscow has positive approach to the resolution of Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Sergey Lavrov the Foreign Minister of Russia said. Only official Baku keeps silence and does not comment anyhow the Prague meetings. It means that either they are discontent in Baku or they are confused to present the situation to their people.
