E-TAX REPORTS SINCE COMING YEAR
By July 1 2008 decree of the Chairman of State Tax Service of Armenia the procedure of tax reporting is made easier, announced Armen Alaverdyan, the deputy director of the Service in a meeting with the journalists today. According to him, if once the reports were handed through commissions, now the tax payers have opportunity to chose. The State Tax Service drafts a procedure to adopt four ways of handing reports. The first one is electronic type which is not yet drafted because of some technical problems. Alaverdyan said that only in 2009 the new method of handing reports via electronic transform will be adopted. According to him in developed countries 80% of reports are presented in electronic variant. The second variant is handing the reports by post. The third one is special boxes placed in subdivisions of the Service where the business representative could hand their reports. If sending the reports via post our reporters do some extra expenses, these boxes will match the hint, he said. And the fourth variant is method of one window and an authorized body of the business representative.
