SHAKARYANC: “WHY HAS FASSIER TAKEN PART IN PARADE IN BAKU?”
Mattew Bryza being a co-chairman in OSCE Minsk group regulating the conflict of NKR should have known that NKR conflict has three sides and that the final agreement should be made with the authorities of NKR, said politician Sergey Shakaryanc, in a meeting with the journalists today. According to him it is hopeless to think that any document could be signed in this year as soon there will be conducted presidential elections in Azerbaijan and USA. Shakaryanc said that it was rather doubtable why Fassier, the other co-chairman of the group took part in military parade in Baku. Fassiers position as a co-chairman being neutral is rather doubtable, said the politician.
