BAKO SAHAKYAN: “NO REGULATION WITHOUT NKR PARTICIPATION”
On June 28 the President of Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received the Co-chairmen of the OSCE Minsk group who arrived in Stepanakert just the same day. The delegation of the Co-chairmen consisted of Mattew Bryza (USA), Yuri Merzlyakov (Russia), Bernard Fassier (France), reported the press service of the Foreign Ministry of NKR. According to the source the officials have discussed several questions concerning the regulation of NKR conflict. The President of the NKR mentioned that unless NK is not a part of negotiations the full regulation of the conflict will remain vague. B. Sahakyan added that anti-Armenian policy drafted in Azerbaijan and those military full announcements dont contribute to the creation of reliability and they have their negative impact on the process of the negotiations. The President of NKR has stated that the official Stepanakert is ready to solve the conflict through peaceful agreements and to start a direct dialogue with Azerbaijan.
