Today the president of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan received 26 representatives of natural and humanitarian sciences, those who work on recognition of Armenian Genocide, physicists, art men, literature and medical sciences, culture, cinema and music spheres and awarded them. The president congratulated the guests for the forthcoming holiday; Due to the historical victories gained in Sardarapat, Gharakilisa, and Bash-Aparan 90 years ago Armenians reestablished their independence. By saying Free State we understand cultural development, a system which was the base of our independence for ages. The president stated that the state should take care of Armenian culture and its protection. Parallel to the economic development and creating of international image we need scientific and psychological improvements, he said. The president notified that when the schoolchildren start thinking of becoming scientists and musician and not only businessmen and lawyer then the development of the country will be profoundly set. After the presidents speech the award giving ceremony started. Note that Presidents Prize is awarded since 2001 in the frameworks of All Armenian Fund project.
