V. DALLAKYAN’S RECOMMENDATION DISCUSSION POSTPONED
NA deputy Viktor Dallakyan has presented a project on forming a temporary committee to examine the post election conditions in the country and the ways of meeting them. According to the NA official web site the recommendations was presented on 24 March before the PACE has made its recommendations, which also recommends to form a working group. According to Mr. Dallakyan the recommendations presented in his project correspond to the PACE recommendations. According to Artyush Shahbazyan, the vice president of state-legal permanent committee the working group could stipulate to create reliability among the voters. But he has signified the political agreement hence he recommended to postpone the implementation of the project. David Harutyunyan, chairman of the permanent committee of the state-legal affairs, said that the formation of the committee is important. According to him the field of authorities of the committee should be clarified. He recommended the author of the project to cooperate with the coalition and to present a common project or to postpone the project implementation for a short of time. The chairman of the NA Tigran Torosyan greeted the initiative and stated that the formation of such committee is really a must. According to the chairman of the NA it is important to postpone the idea and then to form such committee which could give reports and recommendations. By the agreement of the projects author the committee made a decision to postpone the discussion of the project for 30 days.
