TENDER FOR CELL PHONE THIRD OPERATOR
In May a tender will be announced for the cell phone third operator in Armenia, said the Minister of Transport and Communication Gurgen Sargsyan, in a meeting with the journalists today. According to him it was planned to announce the tender in the beginning of May. It was also planned to publish the tender announcement in the foreign mass media publications and in Financial Times newspaper. But later on some financial and technical problems occurred and the idea of foreign newspapers has been delayed. The minister refused to present the announcement in detailed as he considered it wrong to present the package when it is not opened. He said the international tender will long for 90 days.
