SPECIALIST: “ARMENTEL SHOULD INCUR LOSS”
Today Panorama,am reporter talked with a layer-expert on the wide spread discussions held round the Armentel companys customers. Note that because of Armentel new service of billing the customers have received their bill data delayed. The company representatives announced that the customers could pay their bills within three months period after they have received the bills. Besides, many customers complain that they have received higher bills in this period. The expert said that it is not right when the customer receives a bill after he had paid a part of it. He compared the situation with employee and employer relationship when the employee gets much than he needed to, then the employee does not have to return back the extra money as there is no such law regulating it. Armentel should incur a loss. It should improve the way of its implementations, as even in previous years many people received higher and not justified bills, said our expert.
