On 8 April, the chairman of the OSCE Yerevan office, the Ambassador Sergey Kapinos announced that the OSCE can not send an expert to Yerevan in the frameworks of analyzing the 1 of March disorder and the criminal case investigation as there was no other common case in the meeting held in the chief prosecutors office. The same response was received from the UNDP chairman. Note, on 14 March the chief prosecutor of the RA Aghvan Hovsepyan has sent a written request to the UNDP Armenia chairman Konsuello Vidal and the OSCE Yerevan chairman ambassador Sergey Kapinos asking to get involved in the pre investigation process of the current cases sending their experts to Armenia. Highly evaluating the Council of Europe Human Rights chairman Thomas Hammabergs announcement on he cooperation, and being conscious of conducting transparent and justified investigation the chief prosecutors office asked the Council of Europe to provide experts, said the message received from the Prosecutors office.
