MARCH FIRST NINTH VICTIM SOLDIER TIGRAN
Yesterday, at 18:30 nineteen years old Tigran Abgaryan who was passing his military service died at hospital named after prof. Mikaelyan. Togran was injured in the results of mass disorder organized on 1 March. He was seriously injured by weapon and during the operation it was found out that his back-bone and medulla were highly affected. T. Abgaryan was fighting for life for 42 days long in the hospital. His health condition was evaluated as extremely hard. Hence, the official number of the murders in the result of the March 1 mass disorder reached 9. Now 4 more injured are at the hospitals.

Since LTP failed to successfully overthrow the gov't and not wants talks with the administration, I suggest charging LTP with the deaths of 9 people. This was his idea and his failure.
