HEIKI TALVETIENNE IN FOREIGN AFFAIRS MINISTRY
Today the minister of Foreign Affairs Vardan Oskanyan received the special envoy of the OSCE ongoing president Heiki Talvetienne. The special representative arrived in Armenia to take part in the oath giving ceremony of the president of Armenia. The information is provided by the public relations department of the Foreign Affairs Ministry. After greeting the guests the minister thanked the OSCE Finn presidency for the attention paid on the regional countries and Armenia. Mr. Talvitien also greeted the minister and thanked him for the long cooperation and relationship. The sides also discussed the negotiation and the regulation process of the NKR question. The special representative of the OSCE ongoing president said that the OSCE will keep the question of the NKR under their special attention.
