In these days You have announced that on 7 April it is scheduled to hold Be Line brand presentation in ArmeniaMarriot Hotel. But later on it was found out that the presentation was being organized by ArmenTel Company. Does it mean that Beline brand of Vimpelcome company should be presented? -Yes, and we have already made it clear. And how do you treat it? -With smile and believe in tomorrow. I do not hesitate that they have hurried a little and sooner or later ArmenTel has to make a rebranding. Does it mean that Armenian BeLine will continue to protect its brand in Armenian courts? -Till the end, without any suspicions towards the victory. First the court cases in Armenia have not been over yet, and the news spread by Vimpel Com that the RA Court of Appeal affirmed that Vimpel Coms product registration concerns Armenian communication field is not true. Second the decision made by the RA economic court is suspicious, and even more it is not justified. And finally third if in Armenia our right towards that brand is limited or is not allowed, then well apply to international court. In the European Court examples it is clarified that brands and other intellectual products are defined by the authors rights which is a human right. The same is applicable to Armenian court without any exceptions. Hope that theyll think of it in time and well not have to take the case to Strasburg.
