12 SPECIALIZED INSTITUTES ESTABLISHED IN 2009

• In 2008-09 in the frames of UN neighborhood policy projects 15 million euros budget support will be provided to found specialized institutes in Armenia, said Artak Aghbalyan of the Ministry of Education and Science. He said that 12 institutions are already selected which will be profoundly reconstructed and updated, and the educational method should be revised. He assured that that if the project is totally conducted then the graduates could become competent specialists. He said that one of the institutes is in Yerevan but the rest in the regions.
