CAPITAL MILITARY UNIT OCCUPIED BY PEACE KEEPERS
Armenian peace keepers are going to be settled in the capital military unit, said the Minister of Defense Michael Harutyunyan. The minister said that some serious amendments would be held particularly the reconstruction of the military building should be improved. The Minister mentioned that in this years plan it is particularly mentioned the improvement of the military officers apartments. In two years the officers will receive their flats and be settled with their families there, said M. Harutyunyan.

- 1913 Birth of Sergey Adavelian, an Engineer and Colonel. He participated in the creation and experimental works of the Tu -104, 114, 124 and 134 aircraft. He was awarded four Soviet and four French prizes.
- 1915 Exchange of memoranda amongst Russia's Foreign Affairs Ministry and the British and French Embassies in Petrograd. In one month, the three states signed a confidential agreement stating that after the allies' victory, the Turkish Black Sea straits and Constantinople would revert to the Russian Empire. There was no word about Western Armenia.
