FOREIGN AFFAIRS MINISTRY: RUSSIA ACTIVATED NK INTERCESSORS COOPERATION
In the regulation process of the NKR question Russia managed to activate the OSCE Minsk Group (Russia, USA, and France) co-chairmen close relations and cooperation.
