AGRICULTURAL ITEMS DISCUSSED
Yesterday the president of Armenia Robert Kocharyan held a labor meeting with the minister of Agriculture David Lokyan. According to the press and public relations department of the presidents administration the president was interested in several agricultural projects accepted by the government, their process and development within recent four months. The president also mentioned the foodstuff price global increase and the problem created in our country in the result of those changes. The president and the minister also discussed several other agricultural questions, as the recent projects accepted by the government particularly the corn processing in Tavush and Lori regions, and the poultry and cattle-breeding aspects of the agriculture and the projects held on them.

Today in Armenian history- 1846 Opening of the Armenian Circus (the "Aram Theatre") in Constantinople.
