PRE-ELECTION FOUNDATION SUMS DECREASE
The Central Electoral Committee receives data about the pre-election foundation of the presidential candidates every three days from the Central Bank. All the candidates opened pre-election foundations. Arman Melikyan did not invest any sum and hence did not carry out any expenses. 199 million 630 thousands drams were collected in the foundation and 190 million 940 thousands are already spent. According to the data released the majority of expenses were spent on campaign (60.3%), broadcast hour (23.9%), printed materials (14.1%), renting territories (1.6%). The Republican leader Serzh Sargsyan has more money in his foundation and 58 million 740 thousands are already spent from 65 million 270 thousands. The 57% of the sum was spent on campaign broadcast, 30% on printed materials, and 12.9% on broadcast hour. Vahan Hovhannisyan is in the second place with 49 million drams. He has alsready spent 48 million 940 thousands and 89.1% was spent on campaign advertisement, 7.4% broadcasting, 2.35 printed materials, 1.2% renting. Arthur Baghdasaryan had 33.21 million drams in his foundation and spent 33 million 150 thousands. He spent 90% on broadcasting and advertisement, 5% renting, and 4.9% on printed materials. Levon Ter-Petrosyan had 22 million 330 thousands drams and spent 21 million 557 thousands. And Artashes Geghamyan had 14.6 million, spent 14, 364 million. Tigran Karapetyan had 9 million 580 thousands and spent the whole sum. Vazgen Manukyan spent 3 million 570 thousands drams from 4 million 440 thousands. Aram Harutyunyan spent 1 million 30 thousands from 1 million 190 thousands.
