LEVON TER-PETROSYAN APPLIED CC: SESSION ON 11 FEBRUARY
- Today the RA president candidate Levon Ter-Petrosyans electoral headquarter announced that since September public and private TV stations carried out unprecedented campaign. The violations (force, customs pressure, arrest) carried out by the state officials and the unlimited opportunities of Haylur program did not allow the First President to stand for his rights. Moreover, the headquarter office applied to other legal officials, said the announcement. The candidates headquarter office applied to the Central Electoral Committee to take measures and to provide equal rights and particularly to be broadcast by Haylur and use the time they held on illegal campaign. Levon Ter-Petrosyan applied to the Constitutional Court also. His application was received and the session will take place at 11 Oclock on 11 February. According to the announcement, the news spread by the Mass media, that Ter-Petrosyan leaves his candidature, is not true. We officially announce that Levon Ter-Petrosyan is not going to leave his candidature and positions. Moreover he is going to fight till the end and the authors of those announcements should answer according to the law, says the announcement.
