LAND DEVELOPMENT IN KENTRON TO CONTINUE
The initial land development has already started with the purpose of building residential houses in Kond, Kozern, 33rd community and in the vicinity of Grigor Lusavorich church. The basic land development will start in the coming months, Yerevan chief architect, Samuel Danielyan, told reporters today. He informed that this year the construction works of the Main Avenue will continue. In the words of Samuel Danielyan, the construction of a building has already finished in the vicinity of Wine, Cognac and Vodka factory. There is a building in the vicinity of the same factory the construction of which still goes one. The chief architect informed that this year historical and architectural environment is planned to be built along the Main Avenue. In his words, old Yerevan historical and architectural environment will be built at the cross-sections of Arami and Biuzand streets, from Abovyan to Yeznik Koghbatsi street.
