SERZH SARGSYAN: “TAXES BASIS OF WELFARE”

According to the Prime Minister, the main problem is creating working place and paying of the taxes. When taxes are paid they could build schools, sport centers, roads. He said that Armenia does not have natural resources, and taxes are the only basis of our welfare future.
