ONE MORE STEP TOWARDS FREE AND FAIR ELECTIONS
Today an educational film shot for the election committees under the sponsorship of OSCE was shown to the public. The film is based on the Electoral Code and the decisions of the Central Electoral Committee, legal expert Hrair Tovmasyan said. In his words, most violations during the elections are caused by low awareness. The film will enable to engage in more proper activity before the elections, during the elections and after them, Tovmasyan said. The film details the sequence of steps by the committee members and citizens on the day of voting. All pictures are accompanied by comments, the legal expert said.
