ARMENIAN PRIME MINISTER CONGRATULATES HERO OF RUSSIA CHILINGAROV
Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan sent a congratulation note to Arthur Chilingarov for getting the title of Hero of Russia. Government press and public relations department informs that the address says in particular: Dear Arthur Chilingarov, I wholeheartedly congratulate you with the high award of Hero of Russia that is a true symbol of your significant contribution in the investigation and exploitation of the Arctic Zone. Getting the title of hero for the second time twenty years later you continue your activity not only as a famous polar investigator but also as a state and public figure. Your determination and heroism is a good example for the growing generation.''
