ISN’T EXPRESSING GRATITUDE TO A DOCTOR A FORM OF BRIBE?
Dashnak candidate for president Vahan Hovanisyan met with employees of several medical institutions at Moscow House yesterday. In his words, doctors and teachers are the army of employees that contact the public the most. He said doctors possess the most expensive property of people, i.e., life and health. Dashnak candidate announced during the meeting that every doctor and every employee of medical establishment must be financially so secure so that they do not have the need to torture the sick people in order to pay their energy and water bills. Vahan Hovanisyan believes it is incorrect to consider a form of bribe when the doctors accept forms of gratitude from people whom they have saved. Doctors must be in the center of attention to the level as to decide whose gratitude to accept and whose not, Hovanisyan said. He believes the Armenian doctors have this form of moral image.
