MATTHEY BRYZA SPOKE ABOUT ORAL AND NOT WRITTEN AGREEMENT BETWEEN PRESIDENTS
The Azerbaijani mass media has distorted the words of Matthew Bryza, American co-chair of OSCE Minsk Group dealing with Karabakh conflict settlement. I have stated that we cannot rule out that Armenian and Azerbaijani president may reach an oral gentleman agreement but I did not speak about any written agreement, the American co-chair, who is in Yerevan on October 27, said speaking about his statement made in Baku a day ago. The Azerbaijani mass media reported that Matthew Bryza has said in Baku that Armenian and Azerbaijani president may sign a framework agreement on Nagorno Karabakh settlement in coming spring.
