PRESIDENT OF IRAN TO ARRIVE IN YEREVAN TODAY

Today President of Iran Mahmud Ahmadinejad will arrive in Armenia on a two-day official visit. Armenian president press services report that today the president of Iran will have a face-to-face meeting with Armenian President Robert Kocharyan. It will be followed by a meeting with the participation of official delegations. The parties will sign bilateral cooperation documents. After the meeting between the presidents of Iran and Armenia, the two will hold a press conference. Mahmud Ahmadinejad will meet today with the chairman of the Armenian National Assembly. The president of Iran will visit the memorial to the memory of Genocide victims, the Museum of the Armenian Genocide. He will visit Yerevan State University and will meet with the faculty and students. The president will also visit the Blue Mosque and will hold meetings with the Iranian community in Armenia. The delegation will leave Yerevan on October 23.
