ORINATS ERKIR MEMBERS APPEAL TO CONSTITUIONAL COURT
Heghine Bisharyan, nominated at 11th electoral district and 33rd electoral district nominee another Orinats Erkir member Hovhannes Margaryan appealed to Constitutional Court with a claim contesting voting results at the mentioned electoral districts, OE press service informed Panorama.am today. Presenting the facts of electoral fraud the claimers demand the results of voting at the given districts to be considered invalid. According to press-service of the Constitutional court, the date of the mentioned claim discussion will be assigned at the courts upcoming working sitting. To be reminded that Heghine Bisharyans rivals at the same 11th electoral district were the former box world champion Israel Hakobkokhyan and owner of Bellagio restaurant complex Grigor Margaryan, whose candidacy was supported by the Republican party. According to Central Electoral Commission G.Margaryan carried the majority of votes at that electoral district. At the 33rd district together with OE member Hovhannes Margaryan Haykaz Movsisyan and Republican Ashot Aghababyan were nominated. The latter was announced elected at the given district.
