NAGORNO KARABAKH ISSUE COULD NOT BE SOLVED WITHOUT KARABAKH’S PEOPLE WILL
- “Until Nagorno Karabakh is not involved in negotiations on the settlement of the Karabakh conflict, and negotiations are conducted between Armenia and Azerbaijan, one should not speak about any concessions,” Movses Hakobyan , NKR Minister of Defense told a press conference in Stepanakert today. He recalled that the defense ministry is not engaged in foreign policy. According to the minister, the Madrid principles are only suggestions, not a document to be signed. “All understand that without the will of the Nagorno Karabakh people the issue can not be solved,” the Minister of Defense of Nagorno-Karabakh said.
