VLADIMIR KAZIMIROV IS CONFIDENT NKR ISSUE WON’T BE SOLVED WITHOUT MOSCOW’S INTERFERENCE
- “Russia keeps playing an active role in NKR conflict settlement,” ex-Co-Chair of MG OSCE (Russia) Vladimir Kazimirov told a news conference in Yerevan. “Maindorf Declaration signed last year testifies to significant role of Russia in the issue. It’s naïve to believe NKR issue might be solved without Moscow’s interference”. According to Vladimir Kazimirov, recently the preference has been given to coordinated actions in the settlement of NKR conflict.
