RA PRESIDENT DEPARTING FOR BISHKEK FOR CIS SUMMIT
- Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan is departing for Bishkek Thursday to attend the CIS summit. The Armenian delegation includes Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian, Armenia’s permanent representative to CIS, Ambassador to Belarus Oleg Yesayan and other officials, the RA President’s press office reported. A separate meeting of the heads of state will be followed by expanded talks to focus on CIS economic development, energy cooperation and other issues. The Armenian President will also attend a meeting of EurAsEC intergovernmental council where Armenia has an observer status.
