EU: KARABAKH TALKS SHOULD BE CONTINUED IN COMPLIANCE WITH BASIC PRINCIPLES
- EU Envoy for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby met with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov to discuss the ways of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement. "We discussed the meeting between the Azerbaijani and Armenian Foreign Ministers due in Moscow on August 1 and concluded that the talks should be continued in compliance with the basic principles," Mr Semneby told reporters, Trend Azeri news agency reports.
