OSCE MG TO NEGOTIATE WITH ARMENIAN AND AZERI FOREIGN MINISTERS IN MOSCOW
- The Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement will be discussed in Moscow next week. “Negotiations with Foreign Ministers Edward Nalbandian of Armenia and Elmar Mammadyarov of Azerbaijan are expected,” said Yuri Merzlyakov, Russian Co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group. “The Ministers have already agreed to meet. We should exact the date and format,” he said, adding that the talks will be held on basis of Madrid principles, Trend Azeri news agency reports.
