Turkey didn't close it's borders on the account of the Artsakh war. Turkey is a master of double dealing and it's objective is the annihilation of Armenia. It tried to accomplish this first through the genocide and forced conversions. In 1920 mustafa kemal was sending reconciliatory messages as kazim karabekir was marching his troops to take over Yerevan. In 1993 in one of our weakest periods they amassed their troops for an invasion under the pretext of chasing the PKK out of Armenia. Now the latest excuse is Artsakh. And the saga continues.
