KIRO MANOYAN: WINNER'S ATTITUDE PRECLUDES ARMENIA FROM ADEQUATE REACTION TO AZERI POLICY
- Adoption of the UN resolution is important from political but not legal standpoint. The problem is that Armenia is satisfied with negotiation process while Azerbaijan is searching for alternative ways of settlement, ARF Bureau's Hay Dat and Political Affairs Office Director Kiro Manoyan said. The winner's attitude precludes Armenia from adequate reaction to Azeri policy, according to him. "Azeris do their utmost to represent Armenia as an aggressor. They are planning to erect a monument to Khojalu victims in Europe while the Armenian massacre in Sumagit, baku and other Azeri towns is falling into oblivion," he said. "Armenia should recognize the security zone around Nagorno Karabakh as Armenian lands and settle them. "However, these programs demand state support and stabilized domestic situation," Manoyan said.
