EACH STATE ITSELF DECIDES ON DEFENSE EXPENSES
- An opinion that the state’s security depends on the number of tanks and warplanes is out-of-date. Security in the 21st century is a complicated issue, said Dennis Sammut, Executive Director of LINKS. Each state should itself decide the ways for ensuring its security. That is why no one criticizes Azerbaijan, according to him. “Each state decides on the defense expenses. Azerbaijan’s security depends on the capability to build relations with neighbors and to ensure complete integration of stratum into the republic’s public life,” Mr Sammut said, Day.az reports.
