KONSTANTIN KOSACHEV ELECTED PACE VICE-PRESIDENT
- Chairman of the Russian Duma committee on international affairs Konstantin Kosachev was elected PACE Vice-President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. David Harutyunyan, chairman of the Armenian parliamentary committee on state and legal affairs, Serhiy Holovaty (Ukraine) and Samad Seyidov (Azerbaijan) are also among 19 PACE Vice-Presidents, the Parliamentary Assembly Communication Unit reports.
