CASUALTY CAN’T BE JUSTIFIED BY CONFLICT
- The monitoring at the contact line of the NKR and Azerbaijani armed forces proceeded without incidents, OSCE Minsk Group Russian Co-chair Yuri Merzlyakov told a news conference in Yerevan. Monitorings will be held constantly, according to him.
