NKR FM CONGRATULATED VARTAN OSKANIAN ON INDEPENDENCE DAY
- Nagorno Karabakh’s Foreign Minister Georgy Petrosian congratulated RA FM Vartan Oskanian on the Independence Day. “On behalf on the NKR Foreign Ministry I congratulate you on the 15th anniversary of Armenia’s independence. During these years the Armenian people overcoming the difficulties laid the basis of two Armenian republics creating and enriching the history,” the message says. Assessing highly the cooperation between the MFAs Georgy Petrosian voiced hope that the joint efforts will help to counteract challenges, reported the NKR MFA press office.
